• 250 points for health
• Based on the target’s current health, champion damage benefits from 10 to 20 magic penetration. (At 1,000 or less health, the maximum value is 1,000; at 2,500 or more health, the lowest value is 2,500.)
• If the victim has recently been shielded, get maximum penetration.

Winter is on its way.

• 400 points for good health
• 500 mana
• 15 haste ability
• Awe: Gain an additional 8% mana benefit to your health.
• Mana Charge: Consume a charge by striking a target with an ability or attack to receive three additional mana, which is doubled if the target is a champion. This item grants a maximum of 360 mana before transforming into Fimbulwinter.

Fimbulwinter

• 400 points for good health
• 860 mana
• 15 haste ability
• Awe: Gain an additional 8% mana benefit to your health.
• Immobilizing or slowing an opponent champion (melee only) burns three percent of current mana and gives a three-second shield that absorbs damage. If there are two or more enemies nearby, the shield is boosted by 80%.

Cosmic Power

• 60 points of ability power
• 250 points for health
• 30 haste ability
• 5% increase in movement speed
• Gain 30% movement speed (decreasing to 15%) and 40% ability power until you leave fight after damaging three champions with three distinct attacks or spells.
